Another beautiful sunny day with calm seas. We have been so blessed with great weather!!
A hike to Texas Bar was the adventure for the morning. We hike for several miles in the melting snow and ended up at an explorers cabin that he named the Texas Bar. It was interesting to see the stark conditions that he and his wifel leaved in for 20 years while he explored the area.
Because it was so warm I decided to do a snow angel!! The second shot of the snow angel looks like I am falling down drunk from hanging at the Texas Bar…lol!!!
The afternoon was spent on a zodiac cruise thought the brash ice surrounding two glaciers. We spotted a bearded seal on the ice and got to watch him check us out.
I am posting this early since we are headed into a no WiFi zone tonight so I will be out of touch for awhile.
