Another perfect weather day!!! Temperature is in the low 70’ with a gentle breeze from the ocean.
My first adventure of the day was the most incredible massage. The masseuse was an expert at reading my body and paid attention to what it needed. She even massaged my open heart surgery incision releasing the tightness from the healing!!!!
It was a perfect day to be on the water so we boarded a repurposed fishing boat to explore the Algarve coastline. The boat was fast and the ride was bumpy with water spraying us (which I love) then we got to our first cave and it was magical.
Soon we got to the famous Benagil Cave (see feature picture) a hidden treasure along the Algarve coastline. Sitting inside the cave with the waves lapping onto the beach and the sun shinning through the hole in the ceiling it was a surreal moment!!!
We continued speeding along the coastline slowing down to experience secret caves, the beach that was voted as the best in Europe and incredible vistas!!! What a perfect adventure.
When we got back to shore we had to celebrate with gelato! Snickers is my new favorite flavor!!!
Yes, this was yet another “Best day ever…..so far”!!!! I am so blessed to be an adventurer!!!
